Voyager RME 3.6 update issue

Hey guys,
I"ve been having severe difficulty trying to update the rme to contain all 7 sound banks. The update appears to have completed successfully, but I have several duplicate banks.
I've trawled through google and this forum here for people with similar issues, and I've seen a couple where they've said Bank E and F were identical or E and B. Ive got bank E starting with "I'm Baaaaack" on 3 seperate banks.
I'm missing bank A, B and G. Bank E has written on all 3 of those banks. And for some fucked up reason, I have a bank H thats also the same as Bank E.
I've tried 3.6, 3.5, restoring to factory setting, changing the transmit speed to super low for Sysex transmission and it refuses to update with all A-G banks. WTF!!!!!
