Help with tempo syncing and routing

Good afternoon all, my name is Patrick. new here to this forum. Could really use some help an opinions on how to sync my new instruments. I have added the minitaur and werkstatt with an arturia 37. To My set up. My set up is now
Roland MX1 mixer is the master-
Grandmother
Mother 32
DFAM
Subharmonicon
Minitaur
Werkstatt
Arturia 37
So my questions would be. What path would be the best way to route these. And than what path would you take to tempo sync all together so I can start and stop everything from the start/sop button on the MX1.
I do have other gear(Tr8s,Mc707) that I hook up via USB to the MX1 that can be used for MIDI out if need be. Any help would be greatly appreciated
