Subsequent 37 CV - Gate and CV out are not working!

My Subsequent 37 CV the gate and CV out reacted
on no signals!
Even if I set 0-5 V or 0-10 V for CV out
the measuring device only shows the standard value -5 V.
No matter what I give as a source, it remains unchanged.
Do you have an idea why?
And / or can some provide me with a circuit diagram,
then I could have it checked by a friend and repaired if necessary.
