Calibrating accuracy

Hello there...I've been enjoying my little Werkstatt for a while now and there's something really bothering me:
It is really hard to calibrate it accurately. For some reason it jumps just before the sweet spot up to 3 st up/down and it takes quite some time to manage it. Actually, I try to tune to about 20ct +/-, since the jumps mostly happen around +/- 0 ct.
This wouldn't be that bad, if it would actually stay that way. One day later it has already decalibrated to a difference of 6ct per 2 octaves, which feels quite a lot to me. Especially when I'm using it as a third Oscillator for my Grandmother, you can clearly hear the phasing going on.
So my questions are: Is there any method to make calibrating more sustainable? Is this normal?
Thx Karlsson
