Hi, welcome to the forum!

The P5 is 5-voice polyphonic, meaning each voice has it's own oscilators, amp envelope, filter and filter envelope.
Paraphonic is often used to mean that the filter and envelopes are common to all the voices.
The Subs are paraphonic, each voice being once of their oscillators.

Another point is that, in my opinion, the Subsequent 25 should rather be considered as a Sub Phatty augmented with duophony capability, rather than a quasi-Subsequent 37: on top of the arp/seq and that third octave, you may miss the 256 vs 16 patches and the second modulation bus as well as the modulation possibilities.
