How to cary a sound from one user space to another

Hi there,
does anybody know how to cary a sound from one user space to another?
e.g. I createted a sound in a 3td party user space and after words I descided to work on a new user space.
If I create a new user space there is the factory or an empty space.
How can I load a sound and save it to a specific user space?
I there an option? I can't find any option.
Or vice versa - if I changed a factory sound to my wishes and want to store it to my own user space - how could I do this?
