Help Setting Arp Swing & Arp Rate Configuration (Grandmother)

Hi everyone,
Is there a tutorial to explain how to set your global settings?
I was able to reset and calibrate my new Grandmother but I'm struggling to figure out how to set 2 things:
1. My arp sequence is swung, I feel like this isn't normal and could be set to right on the quarter note (or however you want to call it). When it makes it's round through, it sort of has a pause/swing on the last note of the cord
2. Is there anyway to make the Arp Rate any faster? I feel like it goes fairly fast but I'm wondering if I can adjust the global setting to make it go really really fast (for example how the modulation rate can peak and go insanely fast)..
