Sub 37 Programing Help Needed

For years now I've just been using my Sub 37 for the presets and flexibility. I finally tried pushing some of the buttons in the programing section to see what they did - and now I can't get out. PLEASE HELP! I'm sure I haven't pressed the right button enough times or something like that.
Also, is there a way to keep a sequence playing without holding a key down?
