Sequenzer Mode - ony 1 note adjustable against the hint in the manual

Hi erverybody, I just purchased my first Moog one (16) and being exploring through everything. In the manual is written that using the sequenzer I should being able to select multiple notes.
There is written:
Pressing the ROW UP button until it reaches the the current Step number will highlight and select all of the Notes on the current step.
But if I do so, only the selected Note will still remain adjustable not all at ones.
Has anyone the same behaviour or am I the only one?
