Need new Alpha Numeric DIgit for MOOG SOURCE

Greetings group.
I have had a Moog Source since it was new in 1981 and it has a bad digit in one of the two digit alpha numeric display. Trying to find the correct replacement part but no luck so far. I think each digit is a separate part, but am not 100% sure.
Anyone have any ideas about this? TIA!
