Subsequent 25 after calibration or return to factory presets out of tune /crap sound

Subsequent 25 after calibration or return to factory presets, all keys sound all out of tune / sound like a can. and I can't pick patches. If I turn off the synt and turn it on again, everything returns to normal, is this normal? what may be happening, I follow all the steps correctly.
