Use iphone model D with midi keyboard

I want to record my iphone moog model d in reaper, and play it through a midi keyboard, how do I do it?
You get an ios midi interface for the iphone and connect you’re controllers to it.
There are midi interfaces and combined midi + audio interfaces available.
