please anyone help!
i have removed both dfam and subharmonicon from their stock powered cases. And either direction one could easily plug in the two clips sadly no resistance-no markings-no "one direction only"- No info on line- or here- not in the paper manual-old online forums. No responese here either. Even Just a quck photo ot the inside of the case

I had the exact same issue with the Subharmonicon. I sent an email to Support, but I know from past experience that you really need to follow up by calling support.


The sent me the two attached photos that show which way the wires need to go.

This did not work for my DFAM. It didn't power on and after looking again, I realized that following these pictures put the black wire on ground for the 2-pin. Something is off here for the DFAM.
