I have a BIG problem with my sub 37.
2 knobs doesn’t work on the synth : FILTER and overdrive.
BUT both functions work if I use the Moog Sub37 Editor on my DAW on my Laptop with the Moog connected in USB.
MOOG sent me a new left board. I’ve change it but the problem is still the same.
Hard reset, firmware reinstalled.
If the filter and overdrive function both work using the editor WHY the physic knobs on the synth don’t work…. Midi implantation…?

Strange.

But just to be sure it isn't a MIDI related problem: did you try using these two knobs without MIDI and USB connected?

And check, if the knobs transmit MICI CCs when connected. The best would be using MIDI out only and not the MIDI in at the same time, therefor not using USB.
