Sub 37 pot calibration issue

The oscillators seem to phase when osc 2 freq and beat freq are at noon. I initially used the pot calibration because the mod wheel was not going to 0% and I did not notice this behavior before but now it's around 2 o'clock is 0. I've been offsetting to compensate, but I don't remember where I found the calibration files creator but does anyone know if they are off?
