Matriarch Stuck Notes

Posting this in general because I didn't see a Matriarch section.

I just purchased a Matriarch yesterday. Just now I notice I'm getting stuck notes. First I thought some midi thing but I removed the midi cables. I can get stuck notes by pressing two adjacent keys with one finger and sliding the finger off so that both keys release at the same time. Well that's the easiest way to produce the problem. But actually the keys do not have to be adjacent. Also, it only seems to be happening when MultiTrig is on and Paraphony is set to one voice.

Is this a known issue? Anybody else having a similar problem?

I have the same issue with my Matriarch... but I think it's not mechanical.

Just got off the phone with Moog and it is a known issue and it sounds like it will be fixed in a firmware update.

I just bought a Matriarch and have the same problem.

I updated to the latest Firmware but the problem is still there.

The funny thing is I don't have any keyboard problems when I play the Matriarch via my Nectar keyboard.
Using its built in keyboard I get weird note release behaviour and stuck notes.

The fact that you guys already talked to Moog Back in January!!!!! and no fix has been released worries me a bit.

Have you guys heard anything?

I still have 30 days to return. I emailed Moog. Without any fix in sight it'll have to go back unfortunately.

In my case no firmware update helps, after warranty period I disassembled synth for check if this problem is hardware and I found poor soldering quality of the Fatar keybed - tin hairs everywhere on PCB, I scratched it away using nail, reassembled synth and problem was gone.

Overall build quality of matriarch is not a premium one - using glue gun for cables lock looks very poor. There is several better solutions for this.
