Been a while since I have been here in the forum and thought I would ask the question again. I am trying to incorporate my Minitaur into my live rig where I use my Motif XF7 to control all my patch setups. As of the last ask..this was not possible and you had to use the software with a PC to make this happen or go thru the face and "guess' what patch you were on.

Is there any change in the newer firmware as it has been a while since i have played with my minitaur. Or......I am only using it for Moog bass for a rush tribute and have the ability to save the patch to the "power up" patch so I do not need to worry about changing patches?

my clunky old original silver plastique Oxygen 8 (only 25 key)controller can send MIDi CCs which you can select with its LCD but its at least as large as a laptop, and not nearly as powerful

i wonder if the new tiny popular controllers like Keystep can send CCs ?
