I have a loud Popping from inside of the Moog and I know this is because of thermal expansion.
It starts when I turn it on and it sounds long after I turn it off again
This makes me crazy.
I already talk with somebody from Moog about this and he told me this is a normal Problem but i cant believe it.
anyone else have this?

Here too, but only sometimes.
I think these are the inlay panels left and right of the display sections. These panels sit in a frame that is as long as the whole panel. And the heat from below expands the frame and the panels. But most likely not at the very same amount.

keep on turning these Moog knobs

Yup, it's happening right now for me.
Remember that there are quite literally 16 analog synthesizers inside - for example the 4 LFOs are not per synth, or per patch - they are per voice. I.e. there are 64 completely independent LFO circuits (4 LFOs x 16 voices), which are all spinning with their own phase. That's just the LFOs.
It's no coincidence that the sides and back of the unit are essentially one massive heat dissipator.

Thanks for your answers..
Re: loud Popping from inside of the Moog one - anyone else?
Loud expansion and contraction noises have always been part of my unit's behavior. My Moog One 16 is drawing 127W from the wall outlet, so there's a lot of heat generated internally, which of course is why the fans are required.

Same here
one or more little pops after power down
never worried about it , same as a car engine cooling down

possible to add a tray to the ONE, so you could warm up a slice of pizza inside while you're playing?
or better yet: popcorn!

I have now found out that not everyone has this expansion noise. So a production error?
I send 2 emails to the Moog support, no answer.

Who hasn’t got it?
It’s mentioned in most detailed reviews and on mine when it’s been operating a while and it’s all warmed up stops.

Yes, clicking/popping noise here too. I think it has something to do with the unit warming-up.

I am having the same problem as you. Do you find any solution for this?

It’s normal, don’t worry about it.
