Mod D Reissue Audio Hum

Hello at my device the output hums audibly on the mains frequency plus multiples (German mains 50 Hz).
Error or feature? How could I avoid this?

To answer the question myself: A DI box with ground lift solves the problem

..I was going to suggest just that. My reissue is quiet.
