Hi everyone,

I've been looking at buying a Subsequent37 for some time now and I found a second hand one for a good price (2/3 of new price here in Belgium).
However, I found out one of the keys sits about 1mm lower than the rest. It works like it should, but it
worries me a bit.

Has any of you encountered this problem and maybe have a fix or tips and ideas for this?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

They keys are sprung upwards, so it may be some foreign material or excess keybed frame, or even key, -material that prevents the key from reaching its upper position. If you feel confident about opening up the synth, remove the front panel - quite easy, screws on the sides. The bit that stops the keys from rising may be on the underside, in which case you have to remove the keybed - screws on the underside. I'm sure Moog have some instructions they can give you (from the keybed swaps they offer). You might be able to find the cause and correct it in no time.
