Moog Taurus II pedals conversion to CV controller help

Heyyyyy,
This is my first post here and it might be kinda dumb but I just bought some road-worn Taurus II pedals with no synth and I need help figuring out what to do to convert it to a CV controller for something like the Minitaur. Thanks in advance and try not to treat me too much like a noob even though this is my first Moog haha.
