I have been loving my Grandmother. However last week the play, hold, and tap buttons stopped functioning. obviously this makes the sequencer and arp useless and I can't change octaves or enter Global settings. I reinstalled the firmware and the problem still exists. I got in touch with sweetwater and they didn't have suggestions other than reinstalling the firmware. Just wondering if anyone out there has come across this also? I got in touch with Moog and am waiting a response still.

update. I fixed it by opening it up and reseating the ribbon that connects the motherboard to the left hand controller. Everything functions as it should now.
