Hi!

Today I noticed an annoying ''clicking'' noise when playing certain notes on my keyboard. When I press a note a small amount it doesnt happen, but if I press through, I hear it clicking kinda loud. When the note returns to its original position, I hear the ''clicking' noise again. Is this due to the fact I might need to clean the keybed from the inside? Or is there some solution to fix this? Cheers!

You mean it is depending on the velocity?
Or do you mean aftertouch?
A keyclick is not really possible, as the keyboard is not switching audio on/off like on some very vintage organs like a electro mechanic Hammond.

Maybe a note is triggered very fast twice? This can easily checked with some freeware MIDI monitor.

I can't undestand if it's a sound in the output signal or a sound produced mechanically... can you hear it when unplugged?

Im sorry, I forgot to mention that everything of this happens without any sound involved from my Sub Phatty itself, its purely a noise coming from the keybed
