Subsequent 37 won't sync in Ableton Live

Hi,
Has anyone had any problems syncing the Subsequent 37 with Ableton Live ?
My Subsequent 37 will sync but doesn't stay in sync with my project.
So my sequencer starts to run, arp will play and lfo's respond...But.... they just won't stay in time with my track.
Please help cause it would be nice to have a synced lfo's in stead of turnng a knob till it sounds acceptable.
