Please Help

Hello,

I recently purchased a Moog Voyager from a previous customer. It was working excellent and still is! However there is a problem that I am having. When I turn the Moog on, it often keeps going back to start up screen. When I am playing or switching between patches it does this. Below there is an image. Help would be greatly appreciated...

Have you tried contacting Moog about it?

they have been very helpful in my past experiences with them

We had some thread in this forum about another Voyager with a problem much like this. Can't remember the threads name or how it ended. But for sure you need some help, as this is some hardware problem. Might be anything from a bad PSU to some problem with the CPU reset circuit.

Ask Moog or an official Moog distributer for your country.
