Moog Voyager Question. Please Help

Hello,

I recently purchased a Moog Voyager from a previous customer. It was working excellent and still is! However there is a problem that I am having. When I turn the Moog on, it often keeps going back to start up screen. When I am playing or switching between patches it does this. Below there is an image. Help would be greatly appreciated...

No idea, but if I was in your shoes I should defenitly try to reinstall/update the firmware

bbc have you contacted MOOG about this yet?

they would have the best course of action, for diagnosing/troubleshooting etc
