Please Help!

The 128 original factory installed sounds in my Minimoog Voyager Signature Edition Synthesizer was accidentially erased/deleted at the music store, prior to my playing and purchasing it, according to my sales person and the pro-audio/keyboard department manager. Thus, my question is, what can I do to reload all 128 factory sounds, and, how can I expand my 128 patch banks to include the new sounds that have been created for the Performer model? For the record, I am bass player by nature, and I am looking for the most sweetist, fatist, unique, and super natural mind blowing bass sounds ever experienced by the mortal and immortal souls of humankind; any other sounds that I obtain and connect with are applicable to my multi-ethnic style of music, with an Earth, Wind & Fire spritual elements approach.

You can download the soundset from the Moog site (BTW, only 65 'sounds' for the Signature "as shipped"), in either SysEx or MIDI format, by selecting either of the Voyager 'edition types' under the Minimoog Voyager link towards the top of the page then going into "software".

You'll also see other soundsets here.

Use the documented voice upload facilities to reload your Voyager using your current hardware interface capabilities.

You can't "expand" the 128 voice on-board patch storage limit (currently).

If, however, your presets were all replaced by "9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9 9", you may need to look into having your Voyager serviced by Moog Music. Shouldn't be a big deal, as you're in the US. They're absolutely wonderful about it, too. Truly professional, and a model for any company as far as customer service goes. They even paid to ship mine back to me. World-class.

Fri. nite I was performing with my Voyager and all my factory presets were suddenly erased and the display showed all 9's. What's it mean? I luckily
had just backed up the presets on my Triton Studio and was able to relaod them, but I still don't know why it happened!
Also, does anyone know how to convert the .SYX files into Korg .EXL files
so I can load and update my Voyager from my Triton. I tried to load .SYX files from the web site into my Voyager, via the Triton, and my
Triton wouldn't read them. The Triton will save my programs as .EXL files
and reload them with no problem.

i don't thinks that there is a tools which convert from syx to exl.
I would load all soundsets from a computer to the voyager, and then send them to your triton. So you have made the convert on your own, and got allways all soundsets stored on your triton...
