Keyboard trigger glitch

Hi,
Sometimes when playing fast on the keyboard on the sub37 it doesn't trigger a note, just silence. Like playing octaves up and down, landing on the low note and the synth just goes quiet. Or playing a repetition of one note where the last note just goes silent. Anyone else noticed that?
I can only speculate that it is related to the broken key priority function, but i really don't know.
