Problems after update 3.21.690

Post by Siete7 » Wed Apr 12, 2017 4:02 am

Yesterday trying to update my Little Phatty Stage II to v3.21.690 I've got an error (Send Firmware Sx Code error 3), but finally the update was done
Now the bad part after the update:
-the pitch wheel doesn't work "down", and in "Up" position it has a very big range. Another strange thing is when you select a preset and play the keyboard the note is not in his tone, but if you use the pitch then it comes back to the right tone.
-The presets with mod/lfo/pitch don't make the typical vibrato sound, it's a very slow rate (sounds like a pitch down though, like it is set to its minimum rate value with maximum amount ). The Modulation knob is not working ok with lfo rate, it has a weird response, has not a sequential behaviour
-I've made a factory Reset but then the sounds are very strange with very strange names with symbols and so, these are not suppose to be the factory presets

I don't know what to do

Have you tried doing a full calibration?

Yes, pitch wheel seems to work better, but not the Mod wheel. LFO control is totally crazy, it plays at extremely low rate, Modulation knob has random values when using it :(
It's frustrating
Thanks

No one can help me? It's really frustrating :( I've emailed Moog service, a guy told me to do a factory reset (I've done it before I contacted him), sent a couple of mails to him with no more replies.
I can't use it, I can't sell it

Sorry to come back so late.

I hope MoogMusic service solved that, and if not: are you sure the LFO rate knob is not acting in tap tempo mode? Are you sure no MIDI is interfering with the clock?
