I just bought a new Sub 37 the other day, and when I got it out of the box the 2nd oscillator wouldn't pitch correctly somehow. When playing in octaves it would only play just shy of an octave, and no setting on the frequency or beat freq knobs can fix it.

I ran the note calibration and that would fix the problem, but only until yesterday when I turned on the synth again. Then the problem was there again.

Any known fix to this? Do I need to run the note calibration serveral times?

i had a similar problem with my little phatty. sadly, i wasn't able to correct it. most of the times i couldn't reach a upper 5th with the frequency knob. i determined that this was a tuning stability problem of OSC2 and it had to do with the temperature. since i used it for live, there was no choice than to get another LP or, in my case, a sub37.

on my sub37, i didnt experience this problem at all and since your sub37 is new, just bring it back to the store to change it. note calibration changed some things but didnt work out for me in the first time.
