Moog guitar even master volume fault

Hi all
I just purchased what I thought was a 'mint ' Moog e1 guiter but on arrival today it turns out that the master volume doesn't seem to work, no defect on piezo output or vo level.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you resolve it?
So very disappiinted!
