Carolina Eyck wrote a book to learn playing the Theremin.
It is a kind of a beginners guide.
Carolina Eyck started to learn the theremin when she was very young (8 years, if I remember right) from Lydia Kavina. She also learned to play other instruments.
It teaches a method for playing the theremin for beginners, and it focusses how to move the hands and keep the pitches for the hand positions.
