Rare strange sound changes

Hey!
This is my first question here. I have a Sub Phatty from 3 years. It is one of the most useful and compact analog synth ever
I have a strange issue: If I play on it for a while sometimes the sound changes suddenly, but only for one note. ( It is like when the amp turns lower in a minute or the filter changes. VERY SUDDEN!) but only for one note, because after the sudden change the sound continues well. ( it is aprox 200 good notes / 1 strange.)
It happens especially when I use bass sounds.
What should I do! How can I avoid it, because it is very unconfortable during recordings
