I wonder if this is normal for any reason or not? It is usual or i have any chance to ask for a better assembled SUB? I have 30 days money back, but this surprises me a lot.

That doesn't look normal to me. I would get it replaced.

Went through the same thing, I was told they have a " variance " for the keys, and materials. If you take the tape measure and put it above the keys, they should be level (what I was told). If it bugs you, get another one. I bought my first one last Aug. and a bad volume pot blew my monitors and was sold. Just got another one last week and the keys are doing the wave. I'm in this synth now for about $3,300.00, I think Moog should be sending me a Model d, they have a fatar keyboard and they make a point to say so in the product info!

Can a Sub 37 be modified with a Fatar keyboard?

I checked this with a view to modding mine, but alas, the Fatar keybeds will not fit mechanically in the synth.
