God knows what it is. It certainly never came out of a Moog factory, that's for sure.

It's a DIY synth. It's just being listed by someone who put Moog on the description to maximize views.

Or the person has been confused by the unit's "moog" label with the very non-standard font.
But you are right, it looks clearly like a DIY. Could be fun to hear how it sounds.
