I might have my first Moog, but maybe not...

I was supposed to buy an Electric Blue today. It's sitting at my house now but it might be broken.

I set it to an Init. I found an image online that showed what panel settings correspond.

The filter seems be non responsive. None of the dials have any effect, except for resonance, which bizarrely turns the volume down.

When I set mod busses they work against all params except filter.

BUT, if i got in a preset, such as BurinBass (A:92), which is described as a sub bass, I can open and close the filter with the mod wheel.

This might all be down to 1 silly little setting, but i have 2 days to fix this, or i gotta let this go. please help!

If you go to Moog website, the manual is under products, voyager. See page 81. Also, depending on the OS you have, you can try this..

FACTORY RESET:

Press the [MASTER] button to enter “Master Mode”
Select “COPYRIGHT INFO” by using the [-1/+1] button
press the [+1] button to view the “Factory Setup Menu”.
Select “FACTORY RESET”
Select ‘YES’ and press ENTER
