No sound from the right output

Hi,
I'm asking for your help, because since 2 weeks now, i have no sound coming from the right output of my voyager RME.
I tried to change my jack, same result ; i tried with the headphone output, same result, i have no more sound on my right.
I don't now if there is a setting or something like that in the voyager that I may have changed without noticing.
