Voyager XL producing the same pitch from all keys?

Hi All!
Have just received a voyager xl which I have been extremely excited to play however I do not seem to get differing pitches from the keys, irrespective of the presets loaded.
I am totally new to the Moog fam and am hoping this issue is resolved with a simple solution.
Any help would be great!!

Probably you have the KB control of pitch turned off.

Heard they found it on top of a dumpster outside of a nightclub in RIO, VXL VXL VXL ... sorry, couldn't stop myself ... bad hooked on sonics ...
