Example settings for Mooger's?

Is there a resource for pedal settings from players either for the moogerfoogers in general ore fire specific pedals? I'm particularly looking for using patch cables between the 5 I currently have on my board. I've yet to really figured out what's going on with the ins/outs. The freqbox it's particularly vexing for me and I'm constantly on the verge or removing it from my board. I currently have a 107, 104,105, 108 and 102.

Moog posted this product demo video that shows several MoogerFoogers in action, along with settings used for each of the particular sounds.

My favorite fooger trick is to use my Koma FT201 (filter sequencer, similar to a Murf) in the feedback loop of my 104m.
Slowly modulating the filter cutoff makes the delay "bloom" like a tape delay, but better.
