M32 & Tuning...

Hi everyone!
I'm very new to using hardware synths, and I'm having trouble getting the M32 to go in tune with the MIDI output on logic/PT. I've tried using several of the suggested presets in the manual, and very carefully tweaked the frequency knob to try to get everything to work, but each time the notes are noticeably sharp. Even if I manage to get one note in tune, the rest are still out!
Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
