Hello,

I was attempting to install the v2 firmware update on a Sub Phatty. I lost power during the process and now the LFO Rate button is blinking but no other lights are responsive.

I tried to do factory reset from shift mode but I can't engage shift mode because the buttons/lights aren't responding. Is there anything else I can do or is my only option mailing it to the Moog factory?

If you turn on the Sub Phatty and only the LFO LED is blinking slowly, with no other activity on the unit, this means the Sub Phatty bootloader is waiting for you to send firmware. Make sure you're using good cables and your software is set up correctly, and send the firmware file again.
