Logic X sub phatty hanging notes

Hi there! I have tried moog support 3 times, no help at all. Im running firmware 2.0.6 on a Mac Pro using Logic x. When accessing the moog plugin, especially fiddling with the librarian; the synth always hangs up, playing the same note forever. I have tried and retried installing firmware updates, no luck.
Why is this issue not addressed?
Please help!
