I have one Moog Sub-37 in my home, the second one unit has my friend in his home.
We are from the same band. Our music room with all the equipment is located in another place in our town.

We both work and make patches by using two Sub-37. Actually my friend is a quitar player but he is very talented and we are from the same city but both synths are located in different places.

How to exchange patches between two Moog Sub-37's and how to organise our work?

Use the Sub 37 editor :D

But since that is not available you can do a SysEx dump. Use a program like MIDI-OX on the PC. On the Sub 37 use the MIDI Menu -> SYSEX -> CUR PRESET: SEND or ALL PRESETS: SEND to transfer the patch to the PC and save the file. Then send that file to the other Sub 37. Page 37/38 in the Sub 37 manual discusses this. You will also have to read up on MIDI-OX or what ever you want to use on the PC.

I use the free Sysex Librarian by Snoize on my Mac - this is also recommended by Moog in the pdf that accompanies the presets file:

Nice and easy to use with the sub 37
