Lugging when usin cutoff knob

Dear users!
Yesterday the cutoff knob suddenly started to lugg (it does not sweep smoothly, jumping a few places). I tried of course with default sound, no lfo on filter or anything. Could there be anything I oversee as a cause? Anyone else experienced this? I cannot see how any physical damage should have occurred.

Best wishes,
Inge

Sounds like the dreaded Filter Cut-off problem has happened for you! It is a known issue affecting a small number of units.

Get in touch with Andy @Moog (technical support) - it sounds like you will need to have your pot serviced/replaced. He will sort you out with a solution.

Okay, thank you for responding quickly. I am already speaking with the shop I bought it at, shared this info with them and it´ll be sorted out. They will lend me one for the next rehearsel/gig and we´ll sort it out.

Thanks,
Inge
