Please, help,

I was playing my Sub Phatty last night and the Source knob stopped working suddenly, and sometimes the octave button doesn't work either,
Could somebody, please, tell me what happened?
The Moog's warranty is over, and I bought this thing in Miami, now living in Spain and Venezuela

I already messaged the tech support at MoogMusic

Hi,

Can you put it in Panel Mode? Or you may want to do reset..

INITIALIZE GLOBAL PARAMETERS
Engage Shift mode and press BANK 3, BANK 4, and PATCH 2. Press C# twice to reset the global parameters (Local Control, MIDI Output Filter, Use Preset Volume, Use Preset MOD Wheel, Note Priority, Knob Wheel) to their default setting.
