Hello everyone.

I am using my SP with midi already for a while now. From one day to another it started to have a "hold note" issue. It would stay on one note, the only way to stop it being to switch it off. I had it when I played the SP keyboard, now I have it only when I play from my DAW or from Push (same thing).

After updating the SP software and resetting to factory settings several times I don't have this issue with the keyboard anymore. I also noticed that it has this issue mainly in the Activate Panel mode.

Config,
Ableton Live 9.1.7 on Mac
Ableton Push
Motu express 128

What I did so far.
1.Change to new midi cables
2.Update SP to latest software (late april 15).
3.Restore SP to Fact Sett x times
4.Update Motu Express

Ableton works fine and is very stable with all other midi equipment.

Any idea is welcome.

Hi,

Mine has that problem with stuck notes when using the Editor....has there been an update since V2? I see in your description "Update SP to latest software (late april 15)." My firmware is 2.0.6 and the editor is 1.0.3, has there been any new ones?

I too am at a loss as to how to update my Sub Phatty editor...

currently on 1.0.3


went to Moog page where it instructs me to register my product...
which seems to open up an RMA request...
