i went through all the boxes in the warehouse (over 40 units) until i found the lowest serial i could find!
i think its why i recieved a Moog T Shirt in the mail when i registered the unit...because it was below serial 00500.
i have early signs of faulty cutoff pot, keys protruding causing exposed mechanism, and a wierd non-aligned pitch/mod plate. But small issues compared with the lots of smiles

Manufacture Date = Not filled in on the sticker!
Purchased = Pre-ordered in 1/2014 from Sweetwater. Once I saw the 2014 NAMM reveal, I got on the list immediately as I was really close to getting a Sub Phatty, but decided to wait to see what happened at NAMM. Needless to say...
Location = Far North Dallas... Texas that is.
Additional Info = Got a MF-104M & Eventide Space to go with it so I could just tweak hardware. The learning curve with all 3 of them is a bit steep for me at times, but lots of fun and endless possibilities!

Is Moog really keeping these serial numbers consecutive. 4000 built in about a year seems impossible given the size of the space/staff.

I think it's possible if the main electronic circuit comes already assembled. I think the factory is carried out the assembly and testing.
