Purchased at: Awave

History: Regular use, seems reliable, never had a firmware issue or anything.
Has an uneven keyboard though and the 16 preset buttons feel like they're going to be the first things to go on this synth, on mine the number 4 button especially has felt a bit average since day one.
Black keys feel a bit stiff compared to the white keys.
If there is a way to reinstall the keyboard so it sits right i'd be interested in doing it.
Also if that panel of 16 buttons can be replaced in the field that'd be comforting to know..

Impressions: Sounds great, intuitive to use, with really well thought out under the hood features and an accessible price.

SN: SBT 00870
Purchase date: August 29, 2014
Build Date: August 2014
Purchased at: Armens (online)
Location: Pensacola, FL USA
Owner: Russell D.
History: My 37 has the hot noise circuit issue, in which turning the noise pot past 2 o'clock gets a squelchy feedback (which is magnified when either multi-drive or feedback is cranked up, and even more when 'foogers are added). Amos wrote me personally to explain what was happening and offered several solutions. In the end, I found so many applications for this little quirk and became so attached to the unique tone it offered (and admittedly, enjoyed the exclusivity of such a happy accident) that I ended up keeping it that way. All in all, my 37 has been an exceptionally superb instrument.

History: This is the 3rd unit I've owned. Previous SN were 305 and 1354. All units had uneven keyboards (the most extreme being no. 1354). No technical issues with the latest one, but the previous two had the filter knob issue.

Purchased date: May 2015
Purchased at: Proaudio.ru, Moscow, Russia
Firmware 1.1.0

Indeed, the keyboard is a different, keys a harder, than Little Phatty which I own as well.
But I'm ok with that.

Just a note on this - it's seems it's a kind of bug that means after you compare a slot (to save) you MUST repress a key to trigger your new sound before proceeding to save. Then your new sound should be saved fine. This has caught me out MANY times and I've lost good patches due to it. It definitely needs sorting (basically when you come out of compare mode it should automatically re-update the 'live' sound without requiring a keypress that is all too often forgotten and... shouldn't be needed in the first place).

Just thought it might help others who don't realise the workaround at the moment.

Issues: The bottom of the synth was missing all 5 screws of the back edge. Instead, 3 different smaller black screws were found loosely clattering inside the synth. Very strange, fixed it myself.

The first Moog synth I've bought that had absolutely no swag in the box, that was my only disappointment.
