Using Scala with the Sub 37 (or any other synth)

Hello, I couldn't figure out on my own how to properly use Scala with my Sub 37 and I also couldn't find any tutorial on how to use Scala with a synth.
Would anyone be so kind to share any tutorial, or explain it step by step, please?
Thanks

No, it is really possible to use Scala by itself, with Sub 37... I have done it... but it's complicated

and I have not written a tutorial yet due to lack of time.
Really, Scala gets zero points for user-friendliness. It is classic "academic software" in this regard.
One thing I can say, in Scala you must go to the User Options ("Opts" button on the top bar of the Scala window)
in the User Options, click on the Synth tab.
In "Synthesizer Tuning Options" choose "tuning model" # 107,
MIDI Tuning Standard bulk tuning dump. 3-byte.
Below this, for MIDI player program, I am using their default "megamid" -- which may need some setup also.
If you have not veiwed the Scala tutorial, you may wish to do so.. I cannot promise it will help, but it might

I currently try to understand Scala, and that's not very easy. I looked at some scale files I found, and finally went the phatty tuner road to upload it to the sub37. But I'll give your advice a try Amos. One never knows what good can come out of it
