Hi guys, I work for a backline company in sunny Brisbane, Australia.
I'm trying to upgrade our little phatty from OS v2.21S to the latest version (v3.21 to the best of my knowledge) and for some reason it doesn't want to go into bootloader mode for me.

I'm holding down the 'master' button on the left of the unit and turning it on, but it just boots as normal.

Can anyone out there give me any tips as to what I might be doing wrong?

I'm having the same issue....

the bootloader is not available in 2.x. You will first have to update to 3.0. You load the bootloader with a sysex tool like Sysexlibrarian http://www.snoize.com/SysExLibrarian. Then you will be able to load OS 3. In OS3 there is a bootloader so you can use that to update to the latest version.

you find both downloads, the one for 2.x to 3 with instructions, and the one to upgrade from 3.0 to 3.21 (which is the most current)
